Rental Pricing

Rates are dependant on the length of stay and the time of year.

From £300 - £450 per week (excluding Christmas and New Year)

*The price quoted is all inclusive, except for the key deposit of £60, which is fully refundable providing there is nothing lost or damaged.

Short breaks from £175

A deposit is required upon booking (varies according to circumstances, but generally 25% of the total amount). Deposit is only returnable in cases of early cancellation and is subject to the sole discretion of the owner. Outstanding monies due no later than 2 weeks prior to arrival (cash or cheque only). A £60 deposit against damages/breakages is also required on arrival.

Rental Terms

Maximum of 5 guests (plus a baby)
No pets are allowed, as this is an allergy free property
Smoking is not permitted on the premises
All heating, hot water and fuel for fire are included in the price
Duvets, bedding, towels and soaps for machines are provided
Skiing /cycling /golfing equipment etc must be stored in the large secure shed, adjacent to the house
Entry by 4pm on day of arrival (earlier if not a change over day)
Departure by 10.30am on leaving day
Property must be left clean and tidy on departure
