Accommodation 

The whole house is freshly decorated and very well equipped for your comfort and features spectacular views of the Cairngorm mountains and the Lairig Ghru from the large lounge window and the kitchen window. It has its own private driveway and is situated in a quiet cul de sac with the only noise being the occasional steam train which runs nearby and which is a great attraction for old and young alike.

There is a large enclosed and secluded rear garden which is mainly natural heathers and birch trees with a patio area for summer snacks and barbecues. There is a large, secure garden shed where you can safely store bicycles skis etc. The lounge is tastefully furnished with a large TV +DVD There is a coal fire + electric fire as well as storage heating. There is also an ample dining area with comfortable chairs and a large sideboard to store anything you need. The kitchen is well equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and plenty of crockery etc.

There is a very attractive double bedroom with all that you require and another bedroom with the unusual combination of a double bed with a single bed above so that the house can suit various combinations of guests. A cot is available if required. All bedding and towels are supplied except for cot bedding. The bathroom has a bath and shower, vanity unit and heated towel rail and the cloakroom provides extra toilet and washing facilities if necessary. All soaps, washing powders etc. are supplied.
